Open to ALL moms, pregnant through the first year postpartum! This group is headed up by our postpartum doula coordinator, Brittany Gasparo and sometimes other doulas as well. This will be held every other Friday at 10am beginning May 12th, at a new coffee shop across from our office in Franklin, called The Flower Kitchen!

Our heart is to see you thrive in motherhood, with a community of like-minded others in the same stage of life. Giving you the crucial support you need during these years of sleepless nights, hard parenting decisions, navigating a different relationship with your partner, celebrating big and small wins, and safe conversations about the hard times.

*Membership to this moms group will be included in all new birth and postpartum Doula packages (but registration is required). For those that are not clients of NDS looking for community like this, it will be just $50 for a 6 month membership.  Space is limited… If we end up filling up this first group, we will open up another day and time! VBAC Class $ 150.00

If you've had a previous Csection and are planning and hoping for a vaginal birth this go around, this is the perfect class for you. Taught by one of our doulas who is a VBAC Mom and has supported many on their journey to a VBAC.

This class is for:

Those who are currently pregnant and planning on a trial of labor after a csection

Those who are not expecting yet, but want to understand what a VBAC looks like, for a future labor and delivery.
