Jessica is a Nashville native, born and raised here in middle Tennessee. Her passion and dedication to women's health has been a lifelong pursuit. For the past 3 years, she has immersed herself in the world of holistic healthcare at a Chiropractic and Functional Medicine office. It was during this time that her passion took root, and the transformative power of holistic care became evident.

The birth of her son became a catalyst for a profound shift in Jessica's professional focus. The awe-inspiring experience of motherhood ignited a flame within her, propelling her toward a career dedicated to serving families during the pivotal moments of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

To deepen her commitment to supporting mothers, she pursued formal training at Harbor Birth Institute in Franklin, TN, specializing as a birth and postpartum doula. This training equipped her with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and families.

Currently, Jessica is actively working towards becoming a board-certified lactation consultant, recognizing the integral role of breastfeeding support in the postpartum journey.

Jessica's mission is to empower and support expectant and new mothers on their extraordinary journey through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Her commitment is unwavering, focusing on delivering nurturing and evidence-based care that respects each family's unique needs and desires.

In every interaction, her goal is to create a space where mothers feel empowered, informed, and supported as they navigate the transformative stages of motherhood.

When she is not supporting families, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband Trey and son Axel. She enjoys cooking, reading, basketball, and the art of baking gluten free sourdough!
