CHILDBIRTH ESSENTIALS CLASS

1 Day Intensive Group Class – $375 per couple

A quick and comprehensive 6-hour group class on comfort techniques, how to prepare for labor, and help writing your birth plan. Best for those with busy schedules who want the benefits of a group dynamic and meeting other pregnant couples. This class is taught by one or two of our doulas and certified educators.

This is a one-day course on a Saturday and meets at our office building in Franklin. Saturday, 9am-4pm w/a lunch break.

2 Week Group Class - $375 per couple

Same content as our one-day intensive, but broken up over 2 consecutive weeknights. This class meets either on Monday or Tuesday nights for 2 weeks. Great for people who prefer soaking in all the information over 2 weeks, as opposed to one day.

This class also meets in our office building in Franklin.

5:30-9pm (Bring your dinner or eat beforehand.)

Private Class w/Instructor In Your Home – $700

Your instructor will come to you for two, 3-hour sessions in the comfort of your own home! Best for those with very busy schedules who want one-on-one instruction.

Group 4-Week Comprehensive Class – $500 per couple

This is for a group of couples (at least 3) that want to come together for this class. The point person putting together this class will receive a $50 discount. Four weeks of 2-1/2 hour classes at our office in Franklin. This is the most comprehensive childbirth class we offer with over 10 hours of instruction. This class is best for those who want detailed instruction spread out over a 4-week class.

Private 4-Week Comprehensive Class – $850
(10 hours, in your home. Please inquire. This option is not always available.)

Four weeks of 2-1/2 hour classes in the comfort of your home. This is the most comprehensive childbirth class we offer with over 10 hours of instruction. This class is best for those who want detailed instruction spread out over a 4-week class and prefer one-on-one instruction.
