Alyssa Chally, MS, IPHM
Nutrition Coach
As a former collegiate athlete, Alyssa Chaly understands firsthand the challenges of balancing fitness goals with overall well-being. During her college years, she developed orthorexic tendencies and remained stuck in the athlete mindset—focused on fitness and “healthy eating”—for over eight years. After multiple attempts to restore her cycle and health naturally, she found that she was unable to fill in the gaps on her own. With the guidance of a skilled coach, she was able to restore her cycle and achieve a natural pregnancy within six months.
This journey inspired her to help others navigate similar struggles. Over the years, she’s coached athletes at youth, high school, and collegiate levels, which deepened her passion for empowering women and athletes to restore their health naturally. Her approach emphasizes not only physical recovery but also spiritual well-being, recognizing the importance of addressing the whole person.
As a certified Holistic HA Practitioner with an Advanced Certificate of Ministry Studies, Alyssa combines evidence-based strategies with compassionate coaching to guide individuals toward sustainable health. Whether through personalized coaching, counseling, or team workshops, her mission is to help others naturally reclaim their health by nurturing their mind, body, and spirit.
