Christian grew up in the Nashville area. From a young age, she has always been drawn to helping and supporting others, with a deep desire to encourage people, walk alongside them through difficult seasons, and help them feel confident and cared for. That passion eventually led her into social work, where she developed a strong heart for advocacy, education, and supporting families through meaningful life transitions.

Through her work with women and families, Christian discovered a deep love for birth work and helping mothers feel informed, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy and labor. She believes birth is a deeply personal experience, and that every woman deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered as she prepares to welcome her baby. She is passionate about helping families understand their options, process decisions without pressure, and approach birth feeling calm, prepared, and supported.

Christian completed her doula training through Harbor Birth Institute in 2023 and has enjoyed supporting home and hospital births throughout Middle Tennessee ever since. She provides emotional support, prenatal education, comfort measures, labor support, and guidance for both mothers and their partners throughout the birth experience. She is especially passionate about physiological birth, informed decision making, and creating a supportive environment where families feel genuinely cared for.

Christian began her journey into doula work after seeing how many women entered pregnancy and birth feeling overwhelmed, unsupported, or unaware of the choices available to them. She felt called to help women feel more educated, prepared, and confident throughout the birth process while also creating a space where families feel safe, supported, and empowered in their decisions. Supporting women during one of the most vulnerable and transformative seasons of their lives quickly became something she felt deeply passionate about.

Outside of birth work, Christian enjoys traveling, reading, exploring local Nashville spots, and continuing her education surrounding pregnancy and birth. She also values spending time with family and friends and building meaningful connections within the community.
