Tessa is a certified postpartum doula and nursing student with a genuine passion for caring for new moms, babies, and families. She has hands-on experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, and pediatrics, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both newborn care and the postpartum experience.

She loves helping families feel confident, comfortable, and supported during the first weeks and months with their new baby. Tessa has experience with newborn care including feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, swaddling, sleep support, and establishing routines. She is also comfortable providing overnight infant care and assisting with light household tasks related to the baby.

Tessa is known for being dependable, patient, nurturing, and attentive. She takes the time to understand each family’s individual needs and parenting preferences and strives to create a calm, safe, and supportive environment for both parents and babies.

She feels incredibly fortunate to do work she truly loves and would be honored to be a trusted part of a family’s postpartum journey.
